Most of my work begins with questions rather than answers.

Current questions include:

• What capabilities consistently improve organizational decision-making?
• How should Enterprise Architecture evolve in an AI-enabled world?
• How do organizations create shared understanding?
• What role should organizational design play in Enterprise Architecture?
• How should leaders balance governance with empowerment?
• Can organizational understanding become an explicit enterprise capability?
• How can AI accelerate good judgment without amplifying fragmented decisions or false confidence?

Many of the essays on this site represent attempts to answer these questions.

I expect the questions to sharpen and the answers to evolve as the ideas are tested in practice.
